Welcome to The State of Hockey
10,000 Lakes and whole lot more. Edina Minnesota and the beautiful Braemar Arena play host to our Northern Star Hockey Classic. Just take a look and you’ll surely see why this location shines so bright.
On the ice players abound, in this part of the world it’s hard to find someone that doesn’t or hasn’t played hockey. Braemar Arena is a destination itself, home of da beauty league where pro players compete 3 on 3 during the months of July and August getting ready for their upcoming season. A multi sheet facility with all the bells and whistles. Located just 11 miles from the Excel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild, it’s everything a player could want. Whatever your level, you’re sure to find plenty of teams to test your skill.
Off the ice there’s no shortage of activities to fill your time. When you think of the Minneapolis area, there’s the obvious choices: Mall of America, Sea Life Aquarium or Target Field - home of the Twins but there’s so much more. The area is also home to numerous craft breweries, wineries, distilleries and restaurants for every taste. For those that seek the outdoors there’s Minneapolis By Bike, Bredesen Park, the Braemar Golf Course and many water related attractions. So call up the boys, gather your gear and we’ll see you in Minnesota.
