The Tiers & Divisions
Tier descriptions below are general guidelines. Final placement will be done by our staff using a comparison of actual team rosters with information gathered from our unique Registration System. Several divisions may be created within each tier to insure the best competition possible and a great experience for all teams. General Guidelines
TIER I
Elite
Former NHL, Current NHL Prospects, NCAA College Div. I, Junior A, Highest Levels Adult Rec Hockey Leagues
TIER II
Advanced
College Club Teams, Junior B, High School Varsity grads, Advanced Adult Rec Hockey Leagues B Levels
TIER III
Intermediate
Intermediate Adult Rec Hockey Leagues Upper C Levels, Generally experience playing youth or high school hockey. Higher level players who have aged a bit.
TIER IV
Novice
Novice Adult Rec Hockey Leagues Lower C, D Levels, Generally some experience playing youth hockey.
TIER V
Beginner
Lowest level Adult Rec Hockey Leagues D, E. Often players that have began their hockey career as adults
Old Timers
Novice/ Intermediate
Open to teams and players age 40 and above
